I made a complaint ti the Claims department about the quality of packaging (it was pathetic) , the CD was not properly packed and in trasit the CD case was damaged. It was a present to my daughter whos birthday was next day so i gifted her the CD with a cracked case . I reached out to MUZIKER stating i want a refund of shipping and insurance and it was rejected. I wont come to your online store if you cannot make your wiarehouse responsibile for poor packaging while the customer alsk paid a small for "Insurance of freight" yet the Store policy is non customer friendly. I asked for a refund of the Shipping charges and since it was rejected i dont come back to this store and i would discourage my friends and family to buy from Muziker. ro

Tinerii de la Relatii Publice sunt dedicati si constinciosi. Rezolva probleme cat mai clar si sunt intelegatori cu clientul. Pe mine m-au ajutat cat mai repede posibil, mi-au oferit o solutie pentru rezolvarea reclamatiei si au fost transparenti si s-au miscat foarte repede cu tot ceea ce a fost nevoie sa fie rezolvat.
